    Example from Delhi

    Minimum km limit Per day is 250 kms for a outstation trips from Delhi.
    Highway Tolls and State taxes where the vehicle is passing or going is extra payable.
    Driver DA per Day is Rs 300/- extra payable.
    Rates are not applicable in journey towards LEH LADAKH / CHAR DHAM YATRA IN UTTRAKHAND.

    A simple calculation is as follows :-

    Ex A person is going from Delhi to Shimla for 2 night 3 days trip in a Twelve seated tempo then calculation is as follows.
    For 3 days Minimum km you will be charged will be = 250 km per day * 3 days = 750 km
    But Total Actual Road Km = 900 kms journey Delhi to Delhi
    So :- 900 * 18/- per km rate for 12 seated tempo traveler = Rs 16200/-
    Driver Da for 3 days = Rs 300 *3 days = Rs 2100/-
    Approx highway tolls and Parkings = Rs 1200/-
    Haryana Tax / Punjab Tax / Himachal Tax approx = Rs 3500/- ( all clubbed together)


    Total expected bill for the trip = Rs 23000/-
